- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Project Managers, meet deadlines, and provide technical guidance on best practices.
- Maintain detailed SOPs, audit logs, and processing notes to uphold chain-of-custody and defensibility standards.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements, evaluate new tools, and mentor junior team members on technical and operational best practices.

- Strong scripting/automation skills preferred (Python and/or PowerShell); experience with CLI tools and batch processing.
- Deep understanding of EDRM, chain of custody, metadata standards (e.g., parent/child relationships, time zones, hash values, MIME types), and defensibility requirements.
- Hands-on experience processing common sources: Microsoft 365 (Exchange/Teams/SharePoint), Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom/Meet, Bloomberg/Refinitiv, mobile/forensic images (Cellebrite/GrayKey exports), and archives/containers (ZIP/RAR/7z).
- Proficiency with OCR, exception handling, text extraction, and encoding challenges (e.g., Unicode, code pages, right‑to‑left languages).
- Familiarity with hosting platforms (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO) and publication best practices.
