Role Overview

The Marketing and Growth Manager is responsible for driving customer growth and retention while setting sales goals, managing employee training, and engaging with the local community.

Job Duties

  • Drive growth and retention of customers.
  • Develop, train, and manage employees.
  • Set and attain sales goals.
  • Manage expired customer agreements.
  • Identify and exploit revenue opportunities in-store.
  • Represent Arona Home Essentials in the local community.

Position Requirements

  • High energy with a proven track record as a sale closer.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail, restaurant, or related experience.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Bi-lingual abilities are a plus.
  • Satisfactory MVR, valid Driver’s License, D.O.T. certification where required.
  • Pass drug screen and criminal background investigation.
