About the Marketing and Growth Manager Role
Arona Home Essentials, an industry leader with a long legacy of excellence, is seeking a Marketing and Growth Manager to drive customer growth and retention. This role involves setting and attaining sales goals, managing employee training, and ensuring a visible presence in the local community.

Job Duties
- Drive growth and retention of customers
- Develop, train, and manage employees
- Set and achieve sales goals
- Manage expired customer agreements
- React to revenue opportunities within the store
- Represent the company in the local community
Position Requirements
- High energy with a proven track record as a sales closer
- At least 2 years of retail, restaurant, or related experience
- Must be 18 years or older; bilingual skills a plus
- Must have a satisfactory MVR, valid Driver’s License, and D.O.T. certification if required
- Must pass a drug screen and criminal background investigation
