About the Marketing and Growth Manager Role

Arona Home Essentials, an industry leader with a long legacy of excellence, is seeking a Marketing and Growth Manager to drive customer growth and retention. This role involves setting and attaining sales goals, managing employee training, and ensuring a visible presence in the local community.

Job Duties

  • Drive growth and retention of customers
  • Develop, train, and manage employees
  • Set and achieve sales goals
  • Manage expired customer agreements

Position Requirements

  • High energy with a proven track record as a sales closer
  • At least 2 years of retail, restaurant, or related experience
  • Must be 18 years or older; bilingual skills a plus
  • Must have a satisfactory MVR, valid Driver’s License, and D.O.T. certification if required
  • Must pass a drug screen and criminal background investigation
