Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Engineer role located in Surat. The Senior Engineer will oversee designing, implementing, and optimizing solar energy projects, while ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and sustainability goals. The role involves providing technical guidance, leading project teams, conducting site assessments, preparing technical reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solar energy solutions. The successful candidate will also lead efforts in troubleshooting, process improvements, and maintaining high operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in solar system design, electrical engineering, and energy conversion technologies
