About the role
Graphic Motion Designer Freelance
ARMIS.TECH is seeking a long-term collaboration with a skilled freelance Graphic Motion Designer to support our design team in executing recurring tasks for our major clients. You will work closely with our operational, commercial, and design teams to highlight commercial operations, promotions, and products.
Key Responsibilities
- 50%: Motion Design using After Effects for advertising campaigns utilizing DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimization).
- 45%: Creation and updating of DCO Display and Meta banner mockups.
- 5%: Visual campaign adaptations for various large accounts in different formats (primarily for display and Meta banners).

- The Client Solutions team (Solution Engineers and Front-End Designers)
- Our commercial teams (CSM and KAM)

Candidate Profile
- Over 4-5 years of experience as a graphic designer, specializing in motion design for retail advertising.
- Proven experience with retail companies, demonstrated in your portfolio (campaigns for commercial operations, promotions, and product highlights).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Adobe XD).
- Good understanding of digital advertising placements and best practices, especially for social media video (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) and streaming platforms (connected TV).
- Knowledge of DCO constraints and opportunities, with the ability to find concrete solutions for specific client needs.
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Must be rigorous, flexible, versatile, and autonomous.
Recruitment Process
The goal is a long-term collaboration, starting with a guaranteed 1 day per week, potentially increasing to 4 days per week depending on workload.

- Skills assessment test (video, display banner, and Meta sections) to serve as a discussion basis for the next interview.
