This is a full-time, hybrid role based out of San Jose, Costa Rica. You will be working 3+ days a week in the office.

Role: Deployment Engineer

This role is responsible for rapidly deploying the Armis platform for customers. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to plan, deploy, and operationalize the platform ensuring full configuration including reporting, dashboards, policies, and overall system setup.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with Success/Sales and development teams during customer onboarding.
• Expedite platform deployment to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Create and execute tailored deployment plans in collaboration with Customer Success.
• Provide expert support, conduct in-depth analysis, and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Conduct site surveys, plan onsite/remote deployment, and ensure integration with client infrastructures.
• Develop comprehensive deployment documentation and train client technical staff.

Qualifications & Technical Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Deployment Engineer or similar role.
• 5+ years in designing, deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting IT/Networking or Unified Communications products.
• Experience within Security/IT/Healthcare/ICT or Commercial sectors.
• Strong background in analyzing and configuring medium to enterprise networks.
• B.S in IT, IS, CS, MIS or equivalent, with cybersecurity qualifications preferred.
• Familiarity with Cyber Security (Endpoint, SOAR, SIEM), Linux, and Networking protocols.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
