Job Description

Growth Manager Benelux

Want to make a difference? Sustainable fashion doesn't stop at national borders. As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for growth and market development in the Benelux markets (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg). Your goal is to identify new market potentials, prioritize strategic initiatives, and successfully implement them together with internal teams and external partners. You will orchestrate cross-channel growth measures and translate strategic goals into concrete roadmaps. You understand growth not as an isolated marketing discipline, but as a cross-functional steering task that works data-based, prioritized, and impact-oriented – with clear KPIs and measurable impact.

Who We Are

Since 2007, ARMEDANGELS has proven that fashion can be different: innovative and timeless, produced according to responsible standards for people and the planet. No wage slavery, no harmful chemicals, no cheap mass production. From the simple idea of printing T-shirts and raising money for projects and organizations through sales, a company has grown that today is one of Europe's largest sustainable lifestyle labels. With a 160-member team and four collections a year, ARMEDANGELS shows that responsibility and good product design are not mutually exclusive.

Your Contribution to Success

  • Cross-Functional Growth Orchestration: Central coordination of growth and marketing initiatives in NL, BE, and LUX. Alignment of priorities, timelines, and responsibilities with Marketing, Customer Acquisition, CRM, Onsite/UX, and Sales.
  • Planning, Prioritization & Steering: Translation of strategic goals into clear initiatives, briefings, and implementation roadmaps. Prioritization of measures, monitoring progress, and proactive resolution of blockers.
  • Campaign Localization & Market Relevance: Support in the development and localization of campaigns with a focus on cultural relevance. Optimization of measures based on performance data and local market understanding.
  • Performance Monitoring & Insights: Tracking relevant KPIs across channels. Derivation of data-based recommendations for continuous optimization.
  • Stakeholder & Partner Management: Coordination of collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. Ensuring clarity of objectives, alignment, and timely implementation.
  • Reporting & Communication: Regular reporting on progress, learnings, and impact. Preparation of structured decision-making bases for relevant stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or comparable field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, Business Development, or a comparable cross-functional role.
  • Experience in coordinating complex initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Strong analytical understanding and confident handling of KPI logic.
  • Experience in an international or multi-market environment is an advantage.
  • Native level Dutch (Nederlands) and very good English skills.
  • High regional flexibility with regular presence in the Amsterdam / Noord-Holland area.
  • Structured, solution-oriented way of working with a strong ownership mindset.

What You Can Look Forward To

  • Inspiring Work Environment: Work in an innovative company that acts as sustainably as possible and constantly sets new standards.
  • Flexibility: Trust-based working hours and the possibility to work hybrid.
  • Team Spirit: Look forward to fantastic celebrations with great colleagues, an office with a lot of history and a love for dogs (who are very welcome in the office).
  • Benefits: €50 non-cash benefit per month via guudcard, shopping vouchers at ARMEDANGELS, great employee discounts, a Jobrad or Deutschlandticket, and a company pension scheme.
  • Support: Our Employee Assistant Program is available to you, independently of your employer, for advice in all life situations.
  • Come as you are: No dress code – just come as you are (clothing is, of course, necessary!).
