Internship Overview

This is a 1-year internship in the Operations Department with a focus on Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG). The intern will support various ESG initiatives, reporting to the VP of Business Planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research market best practices and redesign Arlo’s ESG website.
  • Study ESG related frameworks and regulatory requirements, including California’s SB261.
  • Collaborate with Watershed data analytics for 2025 GHG calculations.
  • Assist in responding to ESG data inquiries and collecting inputs from manufacturing partners.
  • Support 2025 ESG reporting and research practical Amazon badge initiatives.
  • Handle additional projects as assigned.

Candidate Profile

Candidates with a strong interest in ESG, excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills are encouraged to apply. Prior ESG knowledge is an advantage but not required.

Work Hours & Flexibility

Work is expected to be 10-16 hours per week, with increased hours in Q4 and Q1. A weekly sync via Zoom is required, with additional update calls as needed.
