Sales Account Executive
The Sales Account Executive is responsible for selling ark data centers colocation and cloud solutions, with a primary focus on Fortune 1000 accounts. The role involves articulating business solutions that resonate with the customer, building an effective pipeline, and executing each phase of the sales process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs direct customer sales and maintains customer relations with targeted accounts.
- Develops and qualifies sales from existing accounts.
- Maintains a robust pipeline to ensure consistent sales results throughout the year.
- Keeps CRM data updated including sales opportunity data, quote records, customer contacts, and sales status.
- Understands customer business drivers and leverages strategic alliances to penetrate accounts.
- Conducts Business Reviews/Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to maintain SLA expectations.
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of business practices, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of combined services or technology sales experience.
- Experience leading strategic alliances in a fast-growing technology company.
- Understanding and experience selling data center solutions.
- Strong personal network within the industry.
- Ability to drive initiatives through consensus-building.
- Team-orientation with a win/win approach.
- Proficiency in recordkeeping using Salesforce.com.
- Experience in planning and implementing marketing strategies and short-/long-term goals.
Compensation
The compensation for this position is $81,500-156,000 annually, determined by factors such as experience and skillsets.
