To strengthen our Sales Team, we are looking for a Backoffice Sales Administrator to support our existing Backoffice Sales Team as soon as possible.
What to Expect:
- Administrative support for two field sales representatives and a sales manager
- Addressing potential new customers through proactive acquisition methods (Inbound & Outbound)
- Telephone customer care and consulting
- Processing offers, orders, and tenders, as well as creating credit notes using IT systems
- Processing goods receipts and complaints
- Monitoring delivery dates and customer master data control
- Handling correspondence independently or according to specifications
- Collecting statistics
What Sets You Apart:
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in a comparable position
- Very good IT skills in common MS-Office programs
- Proficient use of ERP systems, ideally M3/SAP, as well as CRM systems
- Strong customer and service-oriented way of working
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken
- Team player, assertive, and enjoys communication
