We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to join our engineering team. This role is crucial for driving Agile development, ensuring efficient software rollouts, and guiding technical teams to achieve their goals. You will work with innovative technology and collaborate across various business functions to deliver quality products.What You'll Do
- Enable the release of value through frequent, high-quality software deployments.
- Apply Agile development and software engineering principles.
- Define, own, and communicate delivery benchmarks.
- Drive continuous improvement within teams and the department.
- Plan, track, and communicate delivery achievements.
- Own and adjust staffing strategy to meet business needs.
- Lead recruitment activities.
- Promote collaboration with cross-functional teams (UX, Build, Product, Tech, Data, Network Operations, Production Engineering).

- Undertake and ensure regular line management activities for direct and indirect reports.
