About the Role

Argano is seeking a Senior Varicent Business Consultant to join our Sales Performance team. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy sales performance management systems via partner platforms. You will work directly with clients and deliver quality work on mid-size to large projects.

Responsibilities

  • Derive and document client business needs
  • Collaborate with team leaders and specialists on solution design
  • Configure Varicent Incentives system to meet requirements
  • Design and implement data extract, transform, and load strategies
  • Coordinate quality assurance and testing phases
  • Plan system roll-out with clients
  • Assist project manager with deployed projects

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Software Engineering, IT, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Engineering. 2-3 years of experience with Varicent Incentives. Proficiency in SQL and strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
