Associate Project Manager - Argano Pigment EPM Practice
Argano is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our Pigment Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice. This role is vital for the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements. While specific Pigment experience isn't mandatory, a strong foundation in leadership, organization, communication, and project management methodologies is essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of complex Pigment EPM implementations, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Uphold standard delivery methodologies, including project planning, status reporting, risk and issue management, and project governance.
- Serve as the primary delivery leader and trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, building strong relationships.
- Lead executive status meetings and strategic customer discussions, driving accountability across teams.
- Act as a senior point of escalation for delivery and operational issues, proactively resolving challenges.
- Partner with Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and solution design.
- Drive project staffing, resource allocation, and capacity planning for successful delivery.
- Support delivery forecasting and project financial performance, monitoring burn and margin.
- Contribute to project estimation, statement of work development, and pre-sales workshops.
- Develop expertise in Pigment implementation methodologies, deployment strategies, and platform capabilities.
- Mentor and coach consultants and Solution Implementation Managers to enhance delivery capabilities.
- Promote operational rigor and continuous improvement in delivery processes.
- Understand customer priorities to identify opportunities for expanded solutions and services.
- Partner with account teams to support customer retention and revenue expansion.
- Support pipeline readiness and portfolio planning by providing input on resource requirements.
- Champion customer success and advocate for both customer and delivery organization to ensure positive outcomes.
