Job Description
IT Cloud Intern
ARDEM Incorporated is seeking enthusiastic B.Tech/BE (IT) graduates from the 2025 batch for an IT Cloud Intern position. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity, and candidates must be willing to work in night/rotational shifts. Excellent English communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic desktop, software, hardware, and network-related issues under supervision.
- Support user account management activities using Azure Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Assist the IT team in configuring, monitoring, and supporting AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, IAM, WorkSpaces).
- Support maintenance and monitoring of on-premises server infrastructure, internal applications, and email services.
- Assist with backups, basic disaster recovery tasks, and security procedures as per company policies.
- Help create and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Work closely with internal teams and assist in system upgrades, IT infrastructure improvements, and ongoing projects.
