About the Role
At Arctic Wolf, we're redefining the cybersecurity landscape. Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. As a Staff Cloud Devops Endpoint at Arctic Wolf, you will leverage DevOps and SRE practices to automate builds, testing, deployments, and maintain production systems across diverse platforms. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure release readiness with a heavy focus on automation, reliability, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead in designing and overseeing projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute software releases across global environments.
- Design and implement automated builds, testing, deployment, and rollback strategies.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and workflows for cloud-based services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues.
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or related experience.
- 2+ years as a lead engineer with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with AWS (EC2, ECS), Azure, Python, IaC tools, and containerization.
- Proficiency with build tools (Make, Bazel) and multiple OS/platforms.
- Leadership within Agile/Scrum teams and experience in release automation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with network/endpoint log debugging and cloud endpoint deployments.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms such as Grafana and Prometheus.
