Overview
As the Product Creation End-to-End Process Manager at ARC'TERYX, you provide operational leadership in executing the product creation strategy. You enable cross-functional teams by driving efficient operations, ensuring timelines and business objectives are met with clarity.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead functional excellence by documenting projects, programs, and processes.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures for cross-functional processes.
- Communicate clearly across Design, Merchandising, and PLM teams.
- Mentor and motivate the Product Operations team with clear goals.
- Manage overlapping seasonal sample processes and business projects.
- Support long-range product plans related to the I2C calendar.
- Uphold responsible sourcing and ethical conduct throughout the supply chain.
Team Environment
You will work as part of the Product Creation Operations team in North Vancouver, optimizing product strategy using metrics, infrastructure, and continuous improvement methods.
Candidate Requirements
- 7+ years in design, development, or apparel production.
- 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong user of Excel, Smartsheet, and PLM systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ARC'TERYX brand and products.
Compensation & Benefits
Estimated base salary of CAD$106,000 - CAD$133,000 per year. Benefits include a competitive bonus program and additional employee benefits.
