We’re looking for a detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team on a part-time contract basis. As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing production processes, ensuring high-quality output, and meeting project deadlines.

THE JOB:

Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process, performing checks and troubleshooting issues as needed.
Work closely with internal teams and vendor partners, to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication.
Manage and support packaging, shipping and receiving efforts.
Support management of production materials and supplies, ensuring timely shipping and inventory control.
Maintain accurate records of projects and production activities, documenting in the appropriate channels and platforms.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance efficiencies.
Be a valued member of the Archrival Operations Team, lending input and feedback as needed

THE RIGHT TYPE OF PERSON:

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to carry and lift packages up to 50 lbs.
Access to reliable transportation and ability to make trips between storage unit, shipping facility, etc.

OTHER NEED TO KNOWS

This is a part-time contract position working on average 5-10 hours per week - with the ability to potentially work more in busy season.
This role is based in Portland, OR and is required to be in office.
Contractor will be compensated $20-$30 per hour based on experience.
