Architonic is currently expanding its team by appointing Market Development Managers in key European markets: UK, Italy, Spain, and France. As the global platform for premium design and architecture, Architonic is trusted by influential architects and designers worldwide for discovering and specifying high-end products. Part of the Sandow Design Group, Architonic is poised for significant growth, seeking individuals who can strategically build partnerships rather than focus on volume sales.

This pivotal role is about shaping the market landscape. While some roles merely manage markets, this one fundamentally shapes them. Decisions made on Architonic directly influence architectural design and brand integration, making this a critical position for industry impact.

Your Role

As Architonic’s commercial lead in your designated market, you will engage directly with the most relevant and industry-shaping design brands in your country. Your focus will be on cultivating a select number of meaningful, strategic partnerships rather than managing numerous accounts. The choices you make will determine which brands architects discover, trust, and ultimately specify, positioning this as market development at its highest level.

What You Will Do

  • Build Architonic’s presence in your country through carefully selected brand partnerships.
  • Develop long-term relationships with founders, CEOs, and commercial leaders within the design industry.
  • Identify and unlock new opportunities within the premium design ecosystem.
  • Represent Architonic within your market and its design community, fostering strong connections.
  • Act with full ownership and market responsibility, driving strategic growth.

Who You Are

You are an experienced professional already integrated within the premium design world. You possess a deep understanding of how premium brands strategize, position themselves, and achieve growth. You have a proven track record of building trusted relationships and recognize that sustainable growth is achieved through relevance and strategic impact, not just sheer volume.

You Bring

  • Strong experience in business development, partnerships, or high-level sales.
  • An established network within the premium architecture and design industry.
  • Credibility and trust within your specific market.
  • An entrepreneurial drive combined with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Fluency in your local language (for UK, Italy, Spain, or France) and English.
