Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for driving new client acquisition through intelligent, data-driven outbound activity. You will utilize tools like Clay, HubSpot, and AI-powered enrichment workflows to identify, qualify, and engage high-value prospects across architecture, design, and construction.
Core Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Research: Identify target architecture and design firms in key U.S. markets and maintain consistent outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and event outreach.
- Pipeline Generation: Book qualified meetings for the Strategic Partnerships Lead and GM and maintain 5× pipeline coverage.
- Outreach Execution: Craft tailored messaging using available content and data while following structured outreach cadences.
- Feedback & Reporting: Capture prospect feedback, report market insights, and maintain CRM hygiene.
Key Performance Indicators
- 200 new contacts researched weekly
- 300 outbound touches weekly
- 60 leads qualified per week
- 25-40 meetings booked weekly
- ≥80% lead-to-meeting conversion rate
About You
You have 5+ years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for architecture and design. You are target-driven, organised, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
