Cloud Solutions Architect

Overview

ArcheSys Inc is a leading technology consulting firm dedicated to providing innovative Enterprise Multi-Cloud solutions to government agencies. As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will drive cloud adoption and lead complex datacenter migration and modernization projects across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI. This fully remote, full-time role is client-facing and involves technical advisory, operational planning, and executing full project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory, Onboarding, and Prototyping:

• Lead technical onboarding and discovery workshops.
• Provide expert technical consulting and develop actionable cloud strategies.
• Drive prototyping and PoC development for key cloud services.
• Act as a bridge between customer units and implementation teams.

Datacenter Migration And Solution Support:

• Define migration strategies and design robust architectural blueprints.
• Support the setup of multi-cloud IaC frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
• Troubleshoot architecture-related issues swiftly.

Monitoring, Incident Response, And Operational Stability:

• Design advanced monitoring solutions using Datadog or Splunk.
• Develop proactive alerting mechanisms for rapid response.
• Participate in incident response and document procedures thoroughly.

Essential Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Holder.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 7-15 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and solutions architecture.
• Expertise with AWS, Azure, GCP, and/or OCI and professional cloud certifications.
• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance standards.
