About the Role

As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Archer Review, you will drive growth strategy through creativity and analytics. You will manage key performance channels such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Reddit Ads and experiment with emerging platforms. This role allows you to influence strategic decisions, optimize campaigns for strong ROI, and drive measurable growth as an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Channel Ownership: Manage, optimize, and scale campaigns on multiple paid media platforms.
  • Growth Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to design audience-driven acquisition strategies.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with design and content teams to develop and test ad creatives.
  • Experimentation & Testing: Implement A/B tests across creative, audiences, placements, and landing pages.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance to meet CPA, ROAS, and LTV goals.
  • Market Exploration: Investigate emerging platforms and strategies for growth opportunities.
  • Reporting & Insights: Create reports and dashboards for clear communication of performance metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate with product, lifecycle, and sales teams to align campaigns with overall growth initiatives.

About You

You have hands-on experience with paid media campaigns on at least two major platforms, a proven track record of managing significant budgets with measurable results, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager. A creative mindset combined with copywriting skills and proficiency with content editing tools is essential. Candidates should be highly organized and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

Experience in the Ed-Tech or Healthcare industries is a plus.

Additional Information

This role is fully remote. For positions based in or performed in Austin, Texas, background checks are initiated only after a conditional offer, following local fair chance hiring ordinances.

Compensation

Base salary: $70,000-$75,000 per year plus a 10% commission plan.
