About the Role
Archer, an aerospace company based in San Jose, California, is building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft to advance sustainable air mobility. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in scaling Archer's growth by providing full-life cycle recruiting support across multiple teams.
What You’ll Do
You will:
- Provide full-cycle recruiting support for diverse technical roles.
- Use creative sourcing strategies for passive candidates.
- Conduct phone screens to evaluate candidates' experience and fit.
- Craft and distribute effective job descriptions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Champion Archer's culture and deliver exceptional candidate experience.
What You Need
Required qualifications include:
- 4+ years in a high volume, fast-paced recruiting role.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Growth mindset and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to handle ad hoc recruiting projects.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in Aerospace or EV automotive industry.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
Work Arrangement & Compensation
This is an on-site role based at Archer's headquarters in San Jose, CA with an expected in-office schedule of approximately three days per week. The targeted base pay is between $70-$75 per hour.
