Recruitment Coordinator at Arcare Aged Care

As a Recruitment Coordinator at Arcare Aged Care, you will be instrumental in driving the end-to-end recruitment process for core roles within your designated portfolio. This 6-month fixed-term maternity leave cover position is based in NSW, with flexibility to work across our Glenhaven, Oatlands, or Warriewood sites and one day per week from home. You will collaborate closely with Operations to meet residence recruitment needs, utilizing analytical data, industry trends, and feedback to attract top talent.

What You'll Do

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for core roles within your portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Operations to address residence recruitment needs based on data and feedback.
  • Prioritize recruitment efforts based on roster gaps, staff turnover, occupancy, and leave impact.
  • Source candidates effectively through internal talent pools, advertising, networking, SEEK, and LinkedIn Recruitment.
  • Conduct thorough shortlisting and phone screening of candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with Arcare's recruitment processes with strong attention to detail.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal departments.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adapt to changing work environments, including travel to various locations.

About You

  • Proven success in a recruitment role, preferably within the aged care, healthcare, or human services sector.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a dynamic workload.
  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Alignment with Arcare's values and a positive, fulfilling approach to your work.
  • Current and valid NDIS check and Statutory Declaration.
  • Right to Work in Australia (Citizen, Resident, or current Visa).
  • Current driver's license.

Desirable Qualifications & Skills

  • Qualification in Human Resources (or working towards one).
  • Knowledge of recruitment software like PageUp, Chris 21, and Humanforce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in the health, community, or aged care sector.
  • Understanding of employment law, equal opportunity, and workplace safety.
