Role Description

As an Associate Project Manager, you will ensure that projects adhere to client requirements and business goals by developing and driving project plans, managing cross-functional teams, and coordinating activities within established timelines. You will manage all phases of projects including planning, design/preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and validation.

Role Accountabilities

  • Oversee planning, engineering, construction, and project handover deliverables
  • Coordinate design reviews and approvals with owners and contractors
  • Manage stakeholder, benefits, business change, and communication activities
  • Oversee application and approval for statutory local authority planning
  • Ensure adherence to technical, state, local, and Federal standards
  • Provide timely progress reports and cost forecasts to the Project Sponsor
  • Manage project files, meeting records, and controls information
  • Approve purchases, procurement, and payments
  • Monitor subcontractor safety standard adherence

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Project management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • PMP certification and Six Sigma knowledge
  • Experience in GxP regulated environments and biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes
