Role Description
As an Associate Project Manager, you will ensure projects adhere to client requirements and business goals. You will develop and drive project plans, manage cross-functional teams, and coordinate activities to meet established project timelines set forth by the Program Manager. You will oversee projects from planning to commissioning and validation.
Responsibilities
- Manage planning, engineering, construction, and handover phases.
- Coordinate design reviews and approvals between owners and contractors.
- Schedule and report stakeholder, benefits, and project communications.
- Oversee statutory local authority planning approvals.
- Ensure application of technical standards and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor subcontractor safety and quality deliverables.
- Provide progress reports, cash flow, and cost forecasts.
- Manage project files, meeting records, and correspondence.
- Approve purchases, procurement, and payments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including laboratory projects.
- PMP certification and Six Sigma.
- Understanding of GxP regulated environments and biopharmaceutical processes.
