Role Overview: Senior Product Operations Manager
This role partners with Product leadership and executive teams to drive the complete product release lifecycle from strategic planning to post-acquisition technology integrations. It involves cross-functional collaboration with product management, marketing, engineering, and operations to ensure product success and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee long-range planning, development, deployment, and launch with post-launch support.
- Product Launch Program Leadership: Program manage critical product launches across multiple R&D teams.
- Process Optimization & Scalability: Implement sophisticated process improvements and best practices for enterprise operations.
- Technology Integration Leadership: Coordinate integration initiatives for past and future acquisitions.
- Executive Reporting & Operational Metrics: Develop executive reporting, track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Governance & Quality Assurance: Establish governance frameworks and ensure adherence to best practices.
- R&D Organizational Improvement: Champion initiatives focused on organizational efficiency and a collaborative culture.
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- 5+ years in senior enterprise software/B2B SaaS roles in project/program management or product operations.
- 2+ years of product management experience in software products.
- Experience with complex technology integrations, product portfolio consolidation, and legacy transformations.
- In-depth knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies at scale.
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Expertise in enterprise project management tools (e.g. JIRA) and operational excellence frameworks.
Work Arrangement
This role is based in the DC area with an expectation to come to the office three times per week.

Compensation
The target base annual compensation for this role is between $170,000 - $210,000 with competitive benefits and equity.
