About the Developer Relations Engineer Role
Arcadia is a high-growth Layer 1 blockchain company looking for a Developer Relations Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between external teams and our platform. This role requires hands-on coding, clear communication and shaping the developer experience at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Onboard partners with SDKs, APIs, and dev tools
- Troubleshoot issues via Slack, forums, and Telegram
- Architect integration solutions with external teams
- Build, maintain documentation, guides, and sample code
- Collect and relay developer feedback to improve the platform
- Run workshops, office hours, and enablement sessions
- Track and analyze support metrics
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in solutions engineering, smart contract engineering, or similar roles
- Strong grasp of EVM ecosystems and DeFi fundamentals
- Experience with smart contract and full-stack example development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in developer documentation and open-source contributions
- Bonus: Familiarity with consensus concepts, PoS, DEXs, and dev tooling
