About the Developer Relations Engineer Role

Arcadia is a high-growth Layer 1 blockchain company looking for a Developer Relations Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between external teams and our platform. This role requires hands-on coding, clear communication and shaping the developer experience at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboard partners with SDKs, APIs, and dev tools
  • Troubleshoot issues via Slack, forums, and Telegram
  • Architect integration solutions with external teams
  • Build, maintain documentation, guides, and sample code
  • Collect and relay developer feedback to improve the platform
  • Run workshops, office hours, and enablement sessions
  • Track and analyze support metrics

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in solutions engineering, smart contract engineering, or similar roles
  • Strong grasp of EVM ecosystems and DeFi fundamentals
  • Experience with smart contract and full-stack example development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in developer documentation and open-source contributions
  • Bonus: Familiarity with consensus concepts, PoS, DEXs, and dev tooling
