Job Description

As a Junior Social Media Manager at Arbrea Labs, you will develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness.
• Create and manage content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Monitor and analyze performance, providing insights for campaign improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain consistency in messaging and branding.
• Engage with the online community and respond professionally.
• Stay updated on trends and recommend innovative ideas.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or similar role.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.
• Strong understanding of platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Experience in managing social media campaigns and analyzing data.
• Attention to detail and multitasking capability.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
