About the Role
The Product Manager - Statutory - Wales will own the delivery and continuous improvement roadmap for features specific to Welsh schools. This role emphasizes statutory requirements and alignment with Welsh Government education guidance, building a deep understanding of user needs and market landscape.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain a responsive product roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Define problems and hypotheses based on customer feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering and design throughout discovery phases.
- Support sprint planning and coordinate product development.
- Use data-driven testing to inform product iterations.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders.
- Champion user-centric approaches and document processes.
About You
You are a clear communicator with experience in product roles involving cross-functional teams. Previous experience in the education sector, especially within Wales, and working with remote teams (e.g., teams based in India) is a plus.
