Arbitech Solutions is seeking a Poker Payments & Treasury Operations Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of player funds, platform liquidity, and complex cross-border settlements. This is a role demanding extreme precision and a zero-error mindset, as it involves the secure movement of substantial capital across both traditional fiat rails and advanced on-chain crypto protocols.

We are looking for an experienced operator who deeply understands the rapid velocity of money in a gaming environment and can adeptly manage the intricate processes of player withdrawals, strategic treasury rebalancing, and robust operational security.

Core Responsibilities

• Treasury Management: Maintain optimal liquidity levels across hot/cold wallets and bank accounts to ensure continuous 24/7 withdrawal availability.
• Payment Orchestration: Oversee the integration, performance, and optimization of fiat gateways, stablecoin rails, and various crypto payment processors.
• Withdrawal Operations: Manage the approval and precise execution of high-value player withdrawals, rigorously ensuring all internal security protocols and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks are fully satisfied.
• Reconciliation: Perform meticulous daily audits of platform balances against both on-chain and bank data to guarantee 1:1 backing of all player funds.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively monitor for payment fraud, chargebacks, and potential liquidity crunches, especially during peak traffic periods or high-stakes events.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Operational Experience: Proven track record in payments, treasury, or financial operations, specifically within the iGaming, Poker, or Crypto Exchange sectors.
• Web3 Proficiency: Deep understanding of stablecoin mechanics (e.g., USDT/USDC), gas optimization strategies, and secure multi-signature custody solutions (e.g., Safe/Fireblocks).
• Fiat-to-Crypto Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of global payment rails (e.g., SEPA, SWIFT, ACH) and the intricate nuances of crypto-to-fiat on/off-ramp processes.
• Analytical Discipline: Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for real-time liquidity tracking, comprehensive financial reporting, and data analysis.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive base salary along with performance incentives.

• Salary: $110,000 – $135,000 per annum (base).
• Performance Incentives: Bonuses directly tied to operational efficiency, successful cost reduction in payment processing, and the enhancement of treasury security.
