Data Management Analyst

Job Overview

The Data Management Analyst position at Aramco requires full relocation to Saudi Arabia. This permanent, full-time role is within the Reliability & Asset Management Division, focusing on managing data quality, compliance, and governance for high voltage assets operated by Power Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data stewardship including compliance with National Data regulations such as NDMO and PDPL.
• Implement and enforce corporate data governance policies and standards.
• Monitor and manage data quality issues with stakeholder collaboration.
• Trace data lineage and assign appropriate classifications based on sensitivity.
• Define user access levels and ensure data retention policies.
• Support business value use cases in data analytics, AI, and ML while upholding ethical standards.
• Engage with the Corporate Data Office, IT, and business stakeholders to enhance data processes.
• Assist in privacy compliance and perform Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs).

Minimum Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Computer & Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or related discipline is required, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in data management. Certifications like CDPM or Data Steward are a plus. Effective communication and technical report writing skills in English are essential.
