Certified IT Governance Risk Compliance Specialist

Job Overview

The Certified IT Governance Risk Compliance Specialist position at Aramco requires full relocation to Saudi Arabia. This permanent full time expatriate role offers an attractive relocation package and involves joining the Digital & IT Strategy & Investment Department within the D&IT Governance Risk & Compliance Division (D&ITGRCD).

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks across Aramco's group companies.
• Provide expertise, training, and capacity building to the D&ITGRCD team.
• Develop executive-level reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Represent the division at local and international events.
• Design and implement COBIT and IT governance frameworks along with KPIs and maturity assessments.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field and have over 20 years of D&IT governance experience, including 10+ years with COBIT and IT governance frameworks. Required certifications include COBIT® Design and Implementation, Change Management Certified Practitioner, PRINCE2, Certified ISO27001 Practitioner, Agile PM Practitioner, Certified ITIL®4 Specialist, and Certified CMMI Professional.
