Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Growth Strategy Analyst to join our team at Aramark. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, be a self-starter, and understand the urgency required to meet deadlines. You will be accountable, work well independently and as part of a team, and effectively translate strategy and messaging in a visual manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design sales collateral including email templates, catalogs, proposal decks, and presentation decks.
- Maintain and organize the content document library.
- Assist with new acquisitions and design content as needed.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure marketing materials align with company goals and brand standards.
- Analyze content and campaign data to drive growth.
- Visualize compelling content to support the sales process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3-5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Experience with Foxit PDF, InDesign, and/or Photoshop is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
