We’re looking for a Web Channel Strategy & SEO Manager who understands that great web experiences don’t just inform—they convert. In this role, you’ll shape how millions of customers discover, evaluate, and purchase software, data and professional services, directly impacting the Marketplace’s growth trajectory and our sellers’ success. This hybrid role splits evenly between web channel management (50%) and hands-on SEO management (50%), requiring someone who can think strategically about the customer journey while executing tactically to improve organic discoverability and drive measurable business outcomes.Why This Role Matters

Key Responsibilities
Web Channel Management (50%) Web Production & Operations- Provide oversight and leadership for web production team members, fostering professional development and operational excellence.
- Standardize intake processes for web production requests, establishing clear workflows for new page builds, updates, redesigns, and QA support.
- Ensure SLAs for on-time delivery are met by managing capacity planning, prioritizing requests based on business impact, and tracking project timelines.
- Implement and monitor optimization processes to improve production efficiency, quality standards, and team performance.
- Lead website strategy for marketing owned pages within, translating business objectives into data-driven web experiences that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Partner with stakeholders across Content Managers and Product Marketing to understand requirements, design, publish, and manage web pages that support demand generation goals.
- Develop and execute web content strategies that showcase ours and our Partner solutions through compelling content, customer use cases and innovation pathways.
- Manage web production workflows for AEM-hosted marketing pages, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that supports revenue objectives.
- Analyze web performance metrics using Adobe Analytics to inform strategic decisions, optimize user journeys, and demonstrate ROI.
- Serve as the single point of contact for SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), directly impacting how customers discover our Marketplace solutions through organic search.
- Leverage BrightEdge for SEO monitoring, content recommendations, keyword analysis, and performance tracking to identify high-impact optimization opportunities.
- Utilize BrightEdge for ranking keyword analysis and competitive intelligence to stay ahead of market trends.
- Monitor and optimize SEO performance using Google Search Console, translating impression and click data into actionable strategies that drive traffic growth.
- Apply SEO best practices to improve discoverability, naturally weaving recommended keywords into content to increase rankings and drive qualified organic traffic that converts.
- Develop and implement AEO strategies to optimize for evolving search landscapes and AI-powered search experiences, ensuring the Marketplace remains discoverable as search technology evolves.
- Conduct regular SEO reviews and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders, demonstrating the business impact of organic search optimization.
- Track and report on SEO/AEO performance metrics, translating data into strategic insights that inform content strategy and business decisions.
Required Qualifications
Critical Technical Skills- BrightEdge: Extensive hands-on experience with BrightEdge platform for SEO monitoring, content optimization, and DataCubeX for keyword analysis.
- Adobe Analytics: Proven ability to analyze web traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics to inform strategy and demonstrate business impact.
- Google Search Console: Expert-level proficiency in monitoring search performance, identifying opportunities, and troubleshooting issues.
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): Strong working knowledge of AEM for content management, page creation, and workflow management.
- 5+ years of experience in web channel strategy and SEO management, preferably in ecommerce or demand generation environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing web production teams, including establishing processes, managing workload distribution, and ensuring quality delivery against SLAs.
- Proven track record of implementing standardized intake processes and meeting delivery commitments in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated success driving measurable organic traffic growth, improving search rankings, and contributing to revenue objectives.
- Experience managing web production workflows and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Track record of translating complex data into actionable strategies and executive-ready insights that drive decision-making.
- Experience working in B2B technology, cloud computing, or ecommerce environments preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and emerging search technologies.
- Familiarity with the cloud marketplace and procurement landscape.
- Knowledge of content recommendation engines and SEO automation tools.
- Experience with e-commerce and/or product-led growth initiatives and conversion rate optimization.
- Understanding of paid search and integrated marketing strategies.
- Experience building or scaling web production teams in high-growth environments.
