Job Description: Virtual Assistant at Aquent

Aquent is seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant (VA) to provide essential administrative and real estate support. This role involves managing communications, organizing property listings, and conducting online research to significantly enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage emails and schedule appointments.
  • Conduct web and property research, and generate leads.
  • Create and update listings on major platforms such as Zillow, Craigslist, Turbotenant, Zumper, and Stessa.
  • Prepare and convert documents, including Word, Excel, and PDF files.
  • Assist with budget tracking and various general administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do: Onboarding Tasks

As part of your initial responsibilities, you will be tasked with creating new accounts (using a new email) on the following critical platforms:

  • Craigslist
  • Turbotenant
  • Zillow
  • Zumper
  • Avail

A comprehensive rental property package will be supplied to facilitate the posting of sample listings during your onboarding.

Deliverables

  • Set up all required accounts and submit confirmation.
  • Create test listings using the provided content.
  • Maintain weekly progress reports to track your contributions.
  • Complete all assigned administrative tasks promptly.
  • Confirm your availability and preferred working hours.
  • Set up a new professional email address.
  • Register on all specified listing sites.
  • Await rental content to commence sample postings.
