Job Description: Virtual Assistant at Aquent
Aquent is seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant (VA) to provide essential administrative and real estate support. This role involves managing communications, organizing property listings, and conducting online research to significantly enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage emails and schedule appointments.
- Conduct web and property research, and generate leads.
- Create and update listings on major platforms such as Zillow, Craigslist, Turbotenant, Zumper, and Stessa.
- Prepare and convert documents, including Word, Excel, and PDF files.
- Assist with budget tracking and various general administrative tasks.
What You’ll Do: Onboarding Tasks
As part of your initial responsibilities, you will be tasked with creating new accounts (using a new email) on the following critical platforms:
- Craigslist
- Turbotenant
- Zillow
- Zumper
- Avail
A comprehensive rental property package will be supplied to facilitate the posting of sample listings during your onboarding.
Deliverables
- Set up all required accounts and submit confirmation.
- Create test listings using the provided content.
- Maintain weekly progress reports to track your contributions.
- Complete all assigned administrative tasks promptly.
- Confirm your availability and preferred working hours.
- Set up a new professional email address.
- Register on all specified listing sites.
- Await rental content to commence sample postings.
