UX Writer/Content Designer

About the Role

Aquent is partnering with a leading organization dedicated to transforming the healthcare experience through innovative digital solutions. As a UX Writer/Content Designer, you will directly shape how millions of users interact with critical health information by crafting engaging, clear, and user-friendly content for web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content that aligns with content strategy, brand voice, and business requirements.
• Simplify complex healthcare topics into plain and accessible language.
• Ensure all content meets legal, compliance, and digital standards.
• Collaborate with copywriters, content strategists, visual and interaction designers, and business analysts.
• Develop and maintain digital content guidelines, tools, and processes.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• At least 3 years of digital copywriting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication, or a similar field.
• Experience with content management systems and online tracking tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have: Experience within the healthcare sector or another regulated industry.

Additional Information

This role requires U.S. authorization without sponsorship, and candidates must work on a W-2 basis. Applicants should be able to showcase their work through detailed case studies or a portfolio that highlights their design process.
