Join Aquent, a leading organization in financial services and insurance, to deliver exceptional digital experiences. As a User Experience Research Contractor, you will help shape digital products and influence user satisfaction through insightful research.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead research initiatives affecting diverse product experiences.
- Conduct qualitative research methods like interviews, surveys, and usability studies.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, IT, and Analytics teams.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and strategic recommendations.
- Communicate clear findings to senior and executive stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in UX Research in an agile environment. Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field with strong expertise in qualitative research methods and data-driven storytelling. Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills are a must.
Preferred Experience
Experience in financial services or regulated industries, agile planning, independent decision-making, and quantitative research methods. A commitment to diversity and inclusion is valued.
