Job Summary

Aquent is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Product Manager Content AI + Automation. This role leverages artificial intelligence and automation to revolutionize enterprise systems for managing product information, digital assets, and workflows. The mission is to enable rapid product launches and scale digital content creation using Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Automation & AI Implementation: Lead AI and automation in content systems, reducing manual effort in product onboarding.
  • Content Generation: Enable AI solutions for scalable content and creative development across eCommerce and marketing channels.
  • Automation Strategy: Develop AI-driven strategies focusing on speed-to-market and process optimization.
  • Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine effective prompts for AI language models tailored to business needs.

Technical Execution & Collaboration

  • Technical Liaison: Coordinate with IT teams and external providers to integrate AI solutions.
  • Data Science: Apply data science techniques to boost product data quality and efficiency.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize Python, SQL, and JavaScript for AI-based automation execution.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-platform Product Managers to enable shared automation services.

Governance & Reporting

Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, track AI confidence scoring, and KPI reporting for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven Product Manager experience with strong product ownership skills.
  • Solid background in AI, data science, and prompt engineering for LLMs.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with enterprise systems like PIM, DAM, Workflow, and Commerce.
  • Knowledge of SaaS AI platforms for content generation, data quality, and SEO optimization.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking and collaborative skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (certification a plus).

Work Arrangement

Hybrid – Four days onsite, one day (Fridays) remote.
