What You’ll Do as an HR Operations Advisor

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new and backfill requisition requests, guiding them through approval and creation.
  • Create and maintain accurate hiring requisition data within internal systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business managers, talent acquisition specialists, and hiring managers to facilitate requisition creation.
  • Ensure data accuracy across all talent systems, proactively engaging relevant contacts to keep them informed.
  • Partner closely with business managers and hiring managers to support their talent needs.
  • Track and report on the end-to-end details of all open and in-process hiring initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 5+ years of demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment within a related field.
  • Proficiency in standard office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing).
  • Proven ability to efficiently manage a high volume of requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Solid problem-solving abilities and the capacity to proactively identify and escalate issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and make well-informed decisions in complex, ambiguous situations, escalating when necessary.
  • Strong collaborative spirit, with the ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adjust direction in response to rapidly changing demands.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of customer service-related experience.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a talent acquisition coordination, staffing support, administrative assistant, or similar role, especially with high-volume interview scheduling.
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition processes and systems.
