Freelance Presentation Designer at Aquent
Our tech company is seeking a Freelance Presentation Designer to provide tactical design support to the Brand & Integrated Marketing team. This role is focused on polish, consistency, and speed, translating provided content and direction into clean, professional, on-brand presentations.
This position requires a commitment of 10-20 hours a month consistently, with the potential to scale up to 30-40 hours a month during peak periods.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working from established templates and brand guidelines. Experience within a tech environment is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute presentation designs based on provided outlines, content, and direction.
- Ability to work on quick deadlines, typically 1-2 business days.
- Apply existing brand guidelines, templates, and visual standards consistently.
- Format slides for clarity, readability, and visual consistency.
- Build charts, tables, diagrams, and basic visuals from supplied data and inputs.
- Update, revise, and proof presentations based on feedback.
- Ensure accuracy, alignment, spacing, and visual polish across all slides.
- Manage multiple presentation requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Prepare presentations for executive meetings, sales use, and external distribution.
- Organize and maintain presentation files and shared assets as directed.
Please note, the nature of the job can be unpredictable; some weeks may have no requests, while others may require work on up to four presentations.
