Overview
Aquent is seeking an E-Learning Developer Instructional Designer with at least 3 years of experience with Articulate 360. The candidate must supply their own laptop and Articulate 360 license.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will design, develop, and maintain e-learning courses that are SCORM/xAPI compliant. They will work collaboratively with the instructional design team and produce interactive course content compatible with multiple learning management systems.
- Develop engaging e-learning courses using Articulate 360.
- Create interactive content that meets brand guidelines.
- Set up courseware with meaningful reporting for LMS.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during course development.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to meet client standards.
- Assist with project planning and timeline management.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, computer science, or a related field along with 3+ years of experience using Articulate 360. They should have strong knowledge of SCORM/xAPI, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be ready to provide portfolio samples.
