Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across time zones.
- Arrange detailed travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Process business expenses and support departmental financial operations.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and logistical arrangements for meetings.
- Manage incoming communications ensuring timely distribution.
- Maintain record management systems and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Act as the primary contact for personnel operations.
- Contribute to special projects and provide general office support.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 8-10 years experience in administrative support with executive assistance focus.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and ability to work independently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Proven multitasking and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Experience in event planning and coordination.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
