You will be instrumental in a key project focused on refining our core communication assets, specifically a foundational presentation template. Your work will directly support our broader accessibility initiatives, setting a new standard for inclusive design within our organization. In this role, you will meticulously audit and expertly remediate a critical presentation template, ensuring it meets stringent accessibility standards. Your efforts will guarantee that our presentations are not only visually compelling but also universally usable, impacting a wide audience. Your dedication to accessibility will directly enhance our institution’s reputation, foster inclusivity, and ensure our critical messages reach and resonate with all members of our diverse community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive accessibility audit of an existing presentation template.
• Remediate the presentation template to ensure full compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.
• Address and resolve accessibility issues across various slide styles and master slides within the template.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand template structure and usage needs.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven expertise in auditing and remediating digital documents and presentations for accessibility.
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.
• Advanced proficiency in presentation software, particularly with template creation, modification, and master slide management.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing accessibility features within complex presentation templates.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills to articulate findings and solutions.
