Research and Polling Specialist

Aptive Resources is seeking a full-time Research and Polling Specialist to lead market research for a federal client. The role involves conducting research using focus groups, polling surveys, and other key tools to collect high-quality data, develop data-driven messaging, and support campaign planning and metrics.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze polling and survey data for reports and presentations.
  • Apply industry-leading research, sampling, and statistical analysis practices.
  • Visualize quantitative and qualitative data for impactful briefings.
  • Manage large-scale polling projects from conception through public release.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Experience in management consulting and strategic communications
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and complex projects
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
