Your Role

Within the Advance Safety & User Experience (AS&UX) branch, as a Senior Regulations and Standards Expert, you will represent Aptiv in various institutions, understanding global trends and advocating Aptiv’s position. You will:

• Define and propose multi-year strategy for regulations and standards.
• Implement the strategy through internal and external working groups.
• Disseminate regulatory information and provide training across teams.
• Conduct research on subsidized R&D projects aligned with Aptiv’s roadmap.
• Support regulatory negotiations, certifications, and compliance documentation.

Your Background

You should have a Master’s degree in Law, Business, Economics, IT or similar, 10+ years of experience in the Regulations and Standards ecosystem, a strong network in the industry, and a deep understanding of automotive development processes. You must be able to lead initiatives, train teams, and clearly interpret emerging global trends in the regulatory environment. Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills considered an asset.
