ME Senior Data Analyst

Your Role

As an ME Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in planning, forecasting, and reporting, with a primary objective to modernize overall Company analytics within Manufacturing Engineering. This position involves a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to drive data-informed decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Create and maintain efficient processes to extract, transform, format and structure data from databases, files, and various processes.
• Analyze data for statistical patterns, distributions, summaries, anomalies, correlations, and structures for further processing or reporting.
• Develop, present, and maintain intuitive and interactive dashboards and reports using recommended tools and technologies.
• Communicate insights and reports effectively across different divisions and seniority levels within the organization.
• Serve as a critical bridge between IT and business operations, ensuring seamless data flow and understanding.
• Lead and work independently, serving as a trusted business partner with a strong bias for action and results.
• Develop and maintain AI/ML models as per evolving business requirements and complex problems.

Your Background

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a STEM field. Business, finance, and economics graduates with additional technical backgrounds are also preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, supply chain, or finance, specifically working as an analyst with data, reporting systems, and effectively communicating results.
• 5+ years of structured data management and SQL experience, including proficiency with ETL tools such as Alteryx, Tableau Prep, Qlik, Microsoft Power Platform, etc.
• 2-4 years of hands-on knowledge with data visualization tools like Tableau (or Power BI, QlikView, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience with statistical modeling and programming, particularly in Python.
• Proven hands-on experience delivering traditional AI/ML and/or Generative AI projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication and teaching skills are essential.
