Your Role


  • Work in shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST) supporting North America–based OEM programs
  • Define and own end‑to‑end cybersecurity architecture for ADAS, UX, BCM, and vehicle domain controllers
  • Lead cybersecurity concept, system, and software architecture activities as per ISO 21434
  • Drive cybersecurity implementation across ASPICE L2 (SWE1–SWE6) lifecycle
  • Perform Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) and define security goals, claims, and mitigations
  • Architect and review solutions involving: Secure Boot, Secure Download, Secure Debug, Secure Communication (PKI, TLS, MAC, encryption), HSM and key management strategies
  • Translate customer cybersecurity requirements into scalable, production‑ready architectures
  • Review software designs and code from a security‑by‑design perspective
  • Support issue analysis, root cause investigation, and field issue resolution
  • Guide teams on AUTOSAR / Linux / QNX / Android cybersecurity architecture
  • Act as technical interface with OEMs, Tier‑1s, and internal stakeholders

B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Electronics & Communication / Electrical / Instrumentation / Computer Engineering

Mandatory Experience / Skill Requisites

  • 5+ years of hands‑on Automotive Cybersecurity experience
  • Strong expertise in ISO 21434 processes, Cybersecurity architecture and security concept definition, HSM, Secure Boot, Secure Communication, Secure OTA
  • Deep understanding of Automotive E/E architectures and in‑vehicle networks

Desirable Experience / Skills

  • Hands‑on experience with AUTOSAR Cybersecurity stack, including DaVinci Configurator/Developer
  • Device driver‑level knowledge (UART, SPI, I2C, I2S) from a security perspective
  • Experience defining secure boot chains, key lifecycles, and PKI architectures
  • Strong mentoring and technical leadership capability
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to balance security, functional safety, performance, and cost trade‑offs
  • Strong programming knowledge in Embedded C; working familiarity with Python
  • Experience with Renesas / NXP / Infineon / TI microcontrollers and microprocessors
  • Proficiency with tools such as Multi IDE, IAR Workbench, Code Composer Studio, Trace32
  • Experience across AUTOSAR (Classic/Adaptive), Linux, QNX, Android platforms for cybersecurity
