Job Overview
APTIM Energy Transitions is seeking a Project Analyst with project management and programmatic experience to support APTIM's HOMES and HEAR Energy Rebate Programs. The role involves technical and administrative support, reporting, data analytics, and project coordination compliant with U.S. DOE guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and implement federally funded energy efficiency projects.
- Develop DOE-aligned reporting and executive summaries.
- Streamline processes and manage contract performance tracking.
- Perform QA/QC and resolve operational issues.
- Support project management activities and database updates.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and OSHA policies.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5+ years in program/project management in energy programs.
- Strong analytical, communication and independent working skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; travel required quarterly.
Desired Qualifications
- CEM, PMP or similar certification desired.
- Experience in energy efficiency and electrification technologies.
- Familiarity with project management and analytics software solutions.
