Job Overview
APTIM Energy Transitions is seeking a Project Analyst with programmatic and project management experience to work with the APTIM HOMES and HEAR team. This role provides technical and administrative support to APTIM's HOMES and HEAR Programs, focused on developing and managing Home Energy Rebates created under the Inflation Reduction Act.
The successful candidate will support program design aligning with U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) guidelines, lead reporting and data analytics, and provide project management support across one or more states.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Support energy efficiency and electrification program administration.
- Develop reporting aligning with DOE requirements for leadership insights.
- Create and streamline processes with program leadership.
- Conduct QA/QC of processes and recommend improvements.
- Manage contract reporting, tracking performance and metrics.
- Assist in resolving program operation and management issues.
- Support project management activities and facilitate meetings.
- Review project applications for compliance with program policies.
- Maintain and update system databases accurately.
- Ensure compliance with APTIM quality, safety, and OSHA regulations.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5+ years in program/project management in energy programs.
- Strong analytical, communication, and independent work skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to travel quarterly.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
- CEM, PMP or similar certification, or desire to obtain one.
- Experience in the energy efficiency industry.
- Knowledge of residential energy efficiency and electrification technologies.
- Experience with project management and analytics software.
