Job Overview

APTIM Energy Transitions is seeking a Project Analyst with programmatic and project management experience to support APTIM's HOMES and HEAR Programs. This role involves providing technical and administrative support to develop and manage Home Energy Rebates under the Inflation Reduction Act.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Support administration, implementation, and verification of energy efficiency projects.
  • Develop DOE-compliant reporting and provide operational insights.
  • Create and streamline processes with program leadership.
  • Conduct QA/QC and support contract management and project tracking.
  • Assist with project management activities, including meeting facilitation and follow-up.
  • Review customer and contractor application forms for compliance.
  • Maintain and update system databases.
  • Ensure compliance with APTIM quality, safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 3-5+ years in program/project management in energy programs. Candidates should have strong analytical, communication, and data interpretation skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. A background in residential energy efficiency, electrification technologies, and familiarity with project management/analytics software is highly valued.

Compensation

Estimated pay range for this position is $55K-$75K, dependent on experience, education, skills, and location.

Additional Information

Candidates must be able to travel at least quarterly and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
